Second, steel straightening and cutting machine
1, the material frame, unloading tank should be installed straight, aligned with the guide cylinder, straightening cylinder and the centre line of the lower cutter hole.
2、Rotate the flywheel by hand, check the transmission mechanism and working device, adjust the gap, tighten the bolts, after confirming the normal, start the idling check the bearings should be no abnormal noise, gear bite is good, to be normal operation, before operation.
3、According to the diameter of straightening steel bar, choose to know how to straighten the block and transmission speed. After debugging qualified before feeding.
4, in the straightening block is not fixed, the protective cover is not covered before feeding. Operation is strictly prohibited to open the parts of the protective cover and adjust the gap.
5、When the steel bar is fed, the hand and the trailing wheel must keep a certain distance, not close.
6, before feeding the material should be not direct head cut off, the guide cylinder should be installed before a 1-metre-long steel pipe, the steel bar must first pass through the steel pipe and then sent to straighten the front end of the guide hole.
7、After the operation, the straightening block of the straightening cylinder should be loosened and returned to the original position, while the pre-pressure spring must be returned to the position.
