Working Principle

The machine operates on the principle of friction drive. Prefabricated main reinforcement bars are placed horizontally between two sets of rubber-powered drive rollers, which rotate the rebar cage at a constant speed. At the same time, a carriage carrying the spiral bar (hoop reinforcement) moves parallel to the main machine at a uniform speed, creating a spiral winding pattern. Operators perform welding or tying simultaneously, forming the finished rebar cage.

The machine offers high processing precision, with adjacent spiral spacing error controlled within 3mm and a cumulative error of less than 2cm over a 3-meter length, essentially meeting inspection-free product standards.

3. High Production Efficiency
Under normal working conditions, 3-6 workers can produce 10-20 rebar cage sections per day, achieving an efficiency 3-4 times that of manual production. When completing the same workload, labor costs can be reduced by approximately three-fourths.

4. Wide Applicability
The machine can process rebar cages with diameters ranging from 40cm to 300cm. The standard length is 12 meters, with custom extensions available up to 30 meters or more. Spiral spacing can be adjusted within the range of 10-450mm, meeting the production requirements of various design specifications.

The machine features a modular design that allows for easy disassembly, assembly, and transportation. It is suitable for both large-scale factory production and scattered on-site operations.

Equipment Composition
