The Nine-Wheel Arc Bending Machine is a high-precision CNC profile forming equipment primarily used for bending metal profiles such as rebar, round pipes, and square tubes into specific arcs. Named for its configuration of 9 working wheels (typically a combination of driving and driven wheels), it achieves significantly higher bending accuracy and stability than traditional 3-wheel machines.

Core Working Principle

The machine uses an encoder to measure the feeding length in real-time and controls a servo motor to drive the pressure wheel forward or backward. As the material moves, the system automatically adjusts the pressure wheel's position according to preset parameters (arc length, radius). This allows the machine to continuously bend different arcs on a single piece of material, achieving a "one-pass forming" process.

• Processing Capacity: Typically can bend Grade II-III rebar with diameters from Φ12mm to Φ32mm, or steel pipes with wall thicknesses of 0.5-3.0mm.

• Control Accuracy: Uses a servo motor and ball screw, achieving bending accuracy within ±0.1mm, with minimal angular error.

• Storage Capacity: Can store programs for 100-1,000 different products; programs can be recalled with a single button for product changeovers.
