    Its core advantage lies in fully automatic CNC operation.     Core Working Principle

As the material moves, the system automatically adjusts the pressure wheel's position according to preset parameters (arc length, radius). This allows the machine to continuously bend different arcs on a single piece of material, achieving a "one-pass forming" process.

    • Processing Capacity: Typically can bend Grade II-III rebar with diameters from Φ12mm to Φ32mm, or steel pipes with wall thicknesses of 0.5-3.0mm.

    • Control Accuracy: Uses a servo motor and ball screw, achieving bending accuracy within ±0.1mm, with minimal angular error.

    • Storage Capacity: Can store programs for 100-1,000 different products; programs can be recalled with a single button for product changeovers.

    • Machine Specifications: Total weight is typically around 1.5 tons, total motor power is approximately 7.5KW, and the footprint is about 1.5m × 1.5m.
